1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 7 Apr 26.

2. Policy:

a.  The selection board will convene on or about 23 Jun 25 to consider eligible Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) on the Active Duty List (ADL) for promotion to COL.  The board will recess on or about 27 Jun 25.  Officers eligible for consideration have the following Active Duty Dates of Rank (ADOR):
