2. This message announces the recipients of the General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award for Calendar Year 2024 (CY24). The General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award recognizes company grade officers and warrant officers who demonstrate the ideals for which General MacArthur stood: Duty, Honor, and Country and promotes and sustains effective junior officer leadership in the Army.
