MILPER 25-124 Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Active Component (AC), Lieutenant Colonel (LTC), Judge Advocate General’s Corps (JAGC), Promotion Selection Board (PSB) Zones of Consideration

1. This MILPER message will expire no later than (NLT) 10 Apr 26.

2. Policy:

a. Selection boards will convene on 14 Jul 25 to consider eligible Majors (MAJ) on the Active Duty List (ADL) for promotion to LTC.  The board will recess on or about 18 Jul 25.  Selective Continuation (SELCON) boards may convene at the conclusion of the FY25 LTC JAGC PSB to consider those officers two or more times non-selected for promotion as a result of the boards.  Officers eligible for consideration in the FY25 LTC JAGC PSB have the following Grade Entry Dates:
