MILPER 25-134 Calendar Year (CY) 2026 United States Army Reserve (USAR) Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Troop Program Unit (TPU) and Active Guard Reserve (AGR) Command Board Announcement

1.  This MILPER message will expire NLT 10 Jan 26.

2.  A HQDA selection board will convene on or about 8 Jul 25 to consider eligible USAR LTCs, promotable Majors (MAJs), and MAJs in the primary or above the zone for promotion in FY25 for assignment to CY26 USAR TPU and AGR LTC command positions other than Army Acquisition Corps (AAC) and Judge Advocate General (JAG) command positions.
