MILPER 25-135 Calendar Year (CY) 2026 United States Army Reserve (USAR) Colonel (COL) Troop Program Unit (TPU) and Active Guard Reserve (AGR) Command Board Announcement

1.  This MILPER message will expire NLT 10 Jan 26.

2.  A HQDA selection board will convene on or about 30 Jul 25 to consider eligible USAR COLs, promotable Lieutenant Colonels (LTCs), and LTCs in the primary or above the zone for promotion in FY25 for assignment to CY26 USAR TPU and AGR COL command positions other than Army Acquisition Corps (AAC) and Judge Advocate General (JAG) command positions.
